Thomas only has one memory of Shore Leave Four. Through some comedy of errors, Theodoric of York and the Boogie Knights were inadverdantly left out of the Program Book. Later, they wrote and performed a filksong called "The Program Book of Shore Leave Four" (to the tune of Dr. Hook's "The Cover of the Rolling Stone.")
