Native lifeform of the planet Tyra Kiernath. Flets are apparently some degenerate Hlutr lifeform. They are nonsapient and carnivorous. Using telepathic and empathic forces, they hypnotically entice any nearby lifeforms to approach, where they are ensnared and devoured.
Lysa Tenny is the only Human to have had extensive experience with the Flets.
